Telephone is one of the most important tools of modern business life. It makes communication more personal, faster and – in a way – more challenging. Your next call may bring a new order.

At our Telephoning training course you will go through a number of crucial business situations, acquire various tools and techniques which will be practiced in different business settings, learn more about the typical mistakes in telephoning and how to avoid them.

Special attention will be paid to telephone conferences (which will be based on the needs of the group).
